These views are in advanced mode of the planning screen, and they look across all productions of the account rather than at one project.
Crew lanes
Filter by name, role or skill. A lane shows every production a person is planned on, so a clash shows where it happens. Hatched days are days off, as set in the person's availability. Use it to plan your own staff first and decide where you need to hire.
Each person's row shows how many days they have on this production and in this period.
Capacity
Capacity shows planned days against availability, across all productions. Red is over capacity, amber is full. Switch to Month to see weeks, or Year to see the twelve months.
Workload
Workload shows one person across every production. Bars above the line are more than a full week; days off are washed out. The list below is the same planning, per day.
Availability
A person's availability comes from their assignment agreements: available, contract, leave, unavailable or vacation, with dates. Maintain them under Cast & crew. See Cast & crew.
Tip: When a lane shows a clash, open the day from the lane and move the person to another day; both productions update.
