• How planning works: activities, days and budget lines Every budget header is an activity. Give it a window on the timeline, plan its days, and watch budget, planned and spent per header.
• Plan a shoot day Create a day activity, add cast, crew, locations, items and files, see what the day costs, and publish it so the team can see it.
• Simple or advanced mode, and the Show layers Simple keeps the calendar and the plan panel. Advanced adds the timeline, the budget bridge, capacity, more lenses and the Show layers. The choice is remembered per member.
• Crew, capacity and workload across productions See where a person is booked on every production, where two bookings clash, how full a period is, and who is over a full week.
• Create and send a call sheet Generate a call sheet from a planned day, complete scenes, cast & crew, specifications, locations and notes, and send it with a PDF, a calendar file and a personal confirmation link for everyone.
• Crew confirmations: 'Can you make it?' Everyone on a call sheet gets a personal link to confirm or decline, no login needed. The planner sees who is pending and who is confirmed.
• Scripts, scenes, breakdowns, stripbook and storyboards Upload the script, break it down into scenes with their needs, order the shoot in the stripbook and sketch shots in the storyboard, with AI help if you want it.
• The Tubes mobile app Your schedule, the call sheets and the team chat on your phone. Confirm your days and add a remark to the production log on set.
