The budget is approved. The production starts. Crew have to be booked, locations confirmed and props arranged, all on the right days.
In Tubes you do that on one plan. When a location moves a week, you drag the day to its new date. When the DOP is already booked on another production, Tubes tells you. Cast and crew see their own schedule and call sheets, and confirm whether they are coming.
All along, Tubes gives you insight and a clear overview of both the planning and the budget.

- Draft until you publish. Change a published day and Tubes marks it as changed.
- Call sheets from the plan. Make a call sheet from a planned day and send it by email, with a PDF, a calendar file and a personal confirmation link.
- Weather on the day. The forecast per day and location, on the plan and on the call sheet.
- Capacity and workload. Planned days against available days, and one person's load across all productions.
- Locations you can compare. Facilities, photos and a price guide per location, up to three side by side.
- From script to shooting days. Paste or upload a script, let Tubes split it into scenes and group them into shooting days.
- On the phone. Crew with a Tubes account see their published days and call sheets, and can confirm there.
- See where the budget stands. Budget, planned and what is left are in view while you plan.

Questions about planning in Tubes
Can we use planning on its own?
No. Planning is part of the full platform (Producer Pro and Enterprise) and is not sold separately. What you can do is start with budgeting only and expand to the full platform later, in the same account.
Does the crew need a Tubes account?
Not to confirm. Each person gets a personal link that works without logging in. They see the day and answer that they will be there or that they cannot make it. Crew who do have a Tubes account also see their published days and call sheets on their phone.
How do call sheets reach the crew?
By email from Tubes, per department, with the call sheet as a PDF, a calendar file and a personal confirmation link. You can also copy someone's confirmation link and send it yourself, for instance in a chat message.
What happens when the plan changes after it was sent?
A published day that you edit is marked as changed. Per person you see whether they have seen the day, confirmed it or declined it, so you know who still has to react to the new version.
