Your schedule, the call sheets and the team chat on your phone. Confirm your days and add a remark to the production log on set.

The Tubes mobile app is for everyone on a production who needs the schedule and the call sheet on their phone, not the full workspace.

Sign in

Sign in with the same account as on the web. If you only received call sheets so far and have no account, ask the production to invite you.

Home: what is on today and what comes next.
Schedule: your upcoming days as a list or a calendar, this week and later.
My Schedule: your own days, with a button to confirm each day.
Callsheets: the published call sheets you are on, with cast & crew, locations, scenes and specifications. Call sheets appear here when they are published.
Production log: add a remark during the day, for example a late arrival, a change of location or a piece of equipment that failed. The production office sees it in Tubes.
Chat: the conversation of the production.
Settings: your profile, and the option to delete your account.

Budgets, finance and approvals are web only. Actions from a call sheet, such as changing the schedule, are read-only in the app; ask the planner.
