Generate AI Budget lets AI draft a budget based on your project. The AI suggests line items, quantities and prices; you review and adjust.

Generate

  1. Create the project and fill in the details: type of production, format, episodes, shoot days and a briefing. The more the AI knows, the better the draft.
  2. On the budget, choose Generate AI Budget.
  3. Wait for the draft. It appears as ordinary budget lines, grouped under headers, using the cost types of your account.
  4. Review every line. Change quantities and prices, remove what does not apply, add what is missing.

What the AI uses

The draft is based on your project details, the cost categories and cost types of your account, and the default instructions an administrator gave the budget assistant under Settings > Assistants. Prices are suggestions, not your rate card: check them against your price lists.

AI credits

AI features use credits from the monthly budget of your account. An administrator sees the usage under the account settings. When the budget is used up, the AI features pause until the next month.

Note: AI is a starting point, not an estimate you can send. Treat the draft the way you would treat a first pass by a junior: useful for the structure, to be checked line by line.
