A Tubes account can have one of three roles: an ordinary production company, a vendor (VMS), or a stakeholder. A stakeholder account, for example a group, a financier or a parent company, does not run productions itself but follows the companies that do.

What Portfolio shows

Portfolio in the sidebar lists every connected company and, per company, every production, with:

  • Sales: the sales value of the budgets.
  • Invoiced: what has been invoiced to clients.
  • Still expected: what is still to be invoiced.
  • EFC: the expected final cost.
  • Margin and Result.

Switch between Month, Quarter and Year, and filter on one company or all companies.

Cashflow across the portfolio

The cashflow tab rolls up money in from financing tranches and money out from dated committed costs, over every connected company. See Financing, tranches and cashflow for how a single production builds that picture.

Access

A production company connects a stakeholder from its own account; the stakeholder sees the figures, not the underlying invoices. Contact Tubes to set up a stakeholder account.
