The dashboard
The dashboard is built from cards. Pin a card to keep it at the top, collapse it, drag to reorder, or remove it. Cards include:
- Budget KPIs: approved budgets, budgets in progress, quotations outstanding, and the conversion from concept to approved.
- Budgets generated per week.
- The financial overview and summary across productions: budgets, work budgets, actuals and expected margins per production, without manual consolidation.
Overviews
The sidebar overviews show the productions by phase:
- Projects in Budgeting: productions being budgeted and quoted.
- Projects in Production: productions that are being planned and shot, with their forecast status.
- Projects in Pipeline and Budgets in Pipeline: what is not yet confirmed, with the amounts at stake.
Click a project card to preview it, or open it.
Reports
The Projects report lists all productions with client, status, budget and result. Export it to Excel from the report.
Portfolio
