Project team

Under Project team you assign the Tubes users who work on this production and their role on it. This decides:

  • who sees the project, when their account role does not give access to all projects;
  • who approves the costs of this project, and at which level. See How approval works.

Project roles and castings

Project roles are the functions on the production (director, DOP, producer). Castings link people from Cast & crew to those roles. The call sheet uses them.

Involved companies

Involved companies lists every company with a part in the production besides the client: co-producers, a broadcaster, a fund, a service company. Each with its role. Financing entries are linked to these companies. See Financing, tranches and cashflow.

Signers

Default signers per project decide who must sign off budgets and quotations of this production. See Budget approval and signers.
