• Clients and contacts Clients are the companies and people you make productions for. Keep contact details and invoice addresses in one place and link them to projects, budgets and quotations.
• Cast & crew The people you plan: roles, skills, rates and availability. Assignment agreements decide when someone is available, on contract or on leave.
• Locations Shooting locations and studios with their bureaus, agreements, reviews and availability, on a map, and up to three side by side.
• Project team, roles and involved companies Who works on a production and in which role, who approves its costs, and which companies are involved besides the client.
• Financing, tranches and cashflow Record who finances the production and for how much, plan the tranches, mark them as received, and see the cashflow: money in from tranches, money out from dated committed costs.
