Budgets

From the budget toolbar:

  • Print produces the budget as a PDF, with the totals and the level of detail you choose. Print production is the version for the production team, without sales prices.
  • Export writes the budget to Excel, with the categories, lines, quantities, rates and totals, so it can be read by a co-producer or fund that works in spreadsheets.
  • The viewer shows the budget read-only in the browser, for a screen share or a link inside your team.

Quotations

Print a quotation to PDF, or Print with template to apply another quotation template to the same content. See Create a quotation.

Forecast and cost report

The forecast has Print, a print of the comparison of two snapshots, and a print of the tag view. The cost report prints as a document for financiers. See The cost report.

Costs

Approved transactions are exported in batches to Excel or to your accounting system. See Export approved costs.

Storyboards

A storyboard exports as PDF, with or without the shot list.
