Audit logs
Tubes keeps a field-level history of finance transactions: who changed which field, from what to what, and when. Open it from a transaction, or under Settings > Audit logs for the whole account. Approval decisions and export batches are logged too.
Use it when a financier asks why an amount changed, or when an invoice ended up on the wrong cost type and you want to know when.
Automations
Settings > Automations lets you define what Tubes does when something happens: for example, notify a channel when a budget is published, or move a project to the next status when its quotation is signed. Each automation has a trigger, conditions and an action.
Translation debug reports
When a quotation was translated with AI, the debug report shows the source and the result side by side, so you can check a translation before it goes out.
Support access
For support, Tubes staff can be given temporary access to your account. You see it as "Support access" and can end it at any time.
