- What the portal is and who can use it Clients, co-producers and suppliers get their own entrance to Tubes: a login link by email, their projects, and a place to submit invoices. No account, no password.
- Submit an invoice through the portal A supplier uploads a PDF or UBL invoice, checks what Tubes read from it, and sends it to your controller. It arrives as a transaction, already read.
- Digital signing with DocuSign or DocuSeal Send quotations and contracts for signing from Tubes. Connect DocuSign or DocuSeal once; signed documents come back to the project automatically.
