The plans
- Producer Pro starts from € 49 per month and includes 2 users and up to 3 active projects. Each additional user is € 25 per month, up to 10 users. "Active" means running at the same time, not per year.
- Enterprise is for larger teams: unlimited projects, more users, integrations with finance, payroll and planning tools, and an agreement on paper. Book a call to discuss it.
- Tubes Projects is priced per production and includes 5 users; add users in blocks of 5, pro-rated for the remaining duration. Ask us about it.

Choose a plan
- Open Account > Billing, or the Payment step during setup.
- Choose a plan and a billing period: monthly, half year or annual.
- Add a payment method and confirm. By confirming you allow Tubes to charge your payment method for this and future payments.
Change plan or period
Under Billing you can switch plan or billing period at any time; the difference is settled pro rata.
Payment method
Update your card under Billing > Payment Method. Some accounts have free access and do not need a payment method; Billing says so.
Users and projects beyond your plan
A user beyond the included number is charged per month as an extra unit. A project beyond the maximum of the plan is not possible until you archive one or move to a plan with more projects. Ask Tubes when you are close to the limit.
