Film and TV incentive in Greece
Greece runs the Cash Rebate Greece (CRGR): a cash rebate worth 40%. A payment on approved local spend, usually claimed after delivery or in stages. What matters is the queue: most cash rebates run from an annual budget.

What this means for the cashflow
There is an annual pot and a queue. Applying early in the year matters, and a full pot can push a production to the next round. The production carries the gap until the money arrives, and that is a financing question rather than a budget line.

The detail
Administered by the Hellenic Film and Audiovisual Center, Creative Greece (formerly EKOME). Eligible expenses are capped at 80% of the total budget and must be incurred in Greece, except one director's fee and up to two lead actors' fees on foreign invoices. A separate 30% tax relief exists for investors.
What you have to submit
CRGR scheme page, Creative Greece. No public template: the application and its cost table are entered on the OPSKE platform (ependyseis.gr) by the Greek production company, at least 10 days before the shoot.
